Francis A. Groeneveldt is a Certified Leadership Coach, Financial Coach and Public Speaker.
Born in a Aruba on April 26 1984, he is the youngest of 3 boys, raised by a single parent, and not able to afford to pursue his studies in the United States, Francis immediately started to work as a young child while continuing to study full time.
Francis worked in places such as Taco Bell, Pizza Hut doing sales, working with airlines at the airport and got an opportunity in 2005 to work for the Marriott Vacation Club World Wide, while he continued to pursue his studies, and graduated from Colegio Arubiano in 2006.
Francis began his career as a contract processor, which immediately went to becoming a marketing executive, sales executive and holds current position as a Sales Team Leader for the Marriott Aruba surf Club and Ocean Club. With over 13 years of sales and marketing experience.
Francis A. Groeneveldt is also an active member in his community, besides serving as a young adult leader in his church, Francis served as the first president of the Youth Parliament of Aruba, served on the board of the Marriott Welfare Foundation, board member of Adopt and Addict foundation, and Men's Foundation and various other foundations, and because of his hard work and dedication to the community, Francis received the SHOCO award in 2013 from Aruba Hotel and Tourism Association (AHATA), as being a young role model in the community for volunteer community work.
After an awakening and finding out his purpose in life together with his 15 years experience in sales and marketing and a heart to serve his community, Francis wanted to be able to not only serve, but he wanted to develop and help others discover and pursue their purpose in life.
In 2016 Francis joined the John Maxwell team and became a certified John Maxwell Leadership coach and public speaker and in 2017 he became a certified Dave Ramsey Financial coach as well.
In 2018 Francis combined his 15 years of sales and marketing experience, his young entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to help develop others, into his own business called, "Lead2Success." Today is a life coach, financial coach, sales trainer, leadership trainer, and real estate consultant and a wonderful husband to his loving wife Arelis.
